In 2011, Ron and Kindra Smith announced that RJ Smith & Associates and The Adams Agency joined to form the new joint agency, Consultative Insurance Group, Inc. We chose the name “Consultative Insurance” because… well, it’s the way we do business! We have built our agencies as a team of insurance consultants to our clients, and have expanded over the years as we’ve added specialists in each department–Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Life and Financial. Ron began his career as a Nationwide agent in 1977, and Kindra began her career as a Nationwide agent in 1997. Together our staff has a cumulative of over 100 years of insurance service! As husband and wife, we are excited to bring the best parts of each agency– our incredible clients, our fantastic staff and our joint expertise–together for our joint agency.
